LVFSA1D type float switches are specifically designed for use with drinking water and foodstuffs. Typical applications include aqueducts, fountains, aquariums, beverage systems, fish hatcheries, and swimming pools.

Each unit is constructed with a non-toxic polypropylene outer shell and a stainless steel sphere. The switches are supplied with an AD8-rated cable featuring ACS (Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire) certification, with a PVC outer sheath suitable for continuous immersion in potable water and for use in food-related environments.

An AISI 316 stainless steel counterweight is provided as standard.

All versions, which vary only by cable length, are equipped with an internal changeover contact that operates in response to the liquid level at the float’s position. The 3x1 type cable (three wires, 1 mm² cross-section) allows the installer to select either filling or emptying functionality during wiring.
