We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we're here to make the process as smooth as possible. This page provides all the information you'll need to initiate a return.
To return an item, you MUST request authorisation using the Returns Request Form. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a returns authorisation ID, which must be included with your returned product.
Items returned without a returns authorisation ID will be rejected or disposed of.
Please note that some products are non-returnable. You will be informed prior to our acceptance of your order.
Non-Faulty Goods
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your product, we're happy to consider an exchange or refund in certain cases. Please note that a handling or restocking charge may apply which will notify you of on receipt of your returns request form. Please notify us within 7 working days from the date of delivery or collection. To process your return efficiently, please ensure you follow the criteria listed below.
- Fill out the Returns Request Form: The form will ask you to provide details about the products you want to return, including the order number, product codes and quantities.
- Ensure Products are in 100% Re-saleable Condition: All products must be in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged, unmarked, and free from any customer stickers.
- Return Within 14 Days: After receiving a returns note from us, you will be required to return your goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and any additional packaging required to return the item to us. Any initial delivery charge will not be refunded. Be sure to include the returns note in the package.
- Handling Fee May Apply: Returns are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions of sale. In some instances you may incur a handling or restocking charge fee, which will be deducted from your credit.
- Authorisation Required: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. If you return products without a returns note or authorisation, they will either be returned to you or scrapped if we don't hear from you within 14 days.
- Returns Note is Not A Guarantee of a Refund: Receiving a returns note from us does not mean you will automatically get a refund, it just signifies the start of the return process.
Please note: iLECSYS reserves the right to reject any returns, even if the above conditions are met in full.
Damaged or Short Delivery
If you receive damaged or missing items, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the Goods. This can be done through the Returns Request Form.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied, as it will be assumed that you have accepted the goods in their delivered condition.
Upon receiving your claim, we will investigate the issue and refer back to you as soon as possible.
Faulty Goods
Products that are faulty (excluding those which are damaged) must be returned as soon as possible after discovering the issue, and within 12 months of purchase. This 12-month period is the warranty period offered by iLECSYS. Manufacturers may offer extended warranties which will be passed on in good faith.
Please note: This information specifies that this policy applies to faulty products, excluding those that are damaged.
We will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charge for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
